In the WordPress backend, go to Plugins → Install → Upload Plugin, select the MCFP ZIP file, install the plugin, and then activate it. Afterwards, enter your license key under Forms → License.
After activating the plugin, you will find a license section in the MCFP backend. Enter your license key there and activate it. Only then will all unlocked features and templates be loaded.
In most cases, either the license is not active, the wrong license package is assigned, or the template synchronization has not yet been successfully completed. First check the license status and resynchronize the templates.
You create or edit a form in the MCFP backend and then embed it on your website via the designated output or form link. It is crucial that the form is saved and correctly published.
Yes. The forms are mobile usable. Customers can also fill out forms on smartphones, upload documents and – depending on setup – even capture directly via camera.
MCFP stores forms server-side temporarily. This means: A started process can be continued later without data loss. This significantly reduces dropouts.
First check the admin form recipient under Forms → Settings → General and the spam folder. Then check your WordPress website's mail sending, for example with an SMTP test mail. If sending still fails, describe the affected process to support.
Under Forms you will find the overview of processes. Open the desired process to check the details and download its PDF.
Yes. Open Forms → Templates. Click on a system template first on Copy as own template and then edit the copy. There you can adjust and save fields, texts and steps.
First check the installation guide, then this FAQ. If the problem persists, use the support request. Ideally, briefly describe the problem, the affected URL, the procedure, and – if possible – add a screenshot.
